Forum Date format

seeing te phone query justnow, is there any way to change how the forum displays times and dates to me?

Change it so that it displays the date/time format in UK style... DD/MM/YY(YY)

Do it ISO style:

YYYY-MM-DD 00:00

That would suite everyones needs. Just UK style won't fix it for those that are in the US, as people will complain both ways.

I just wanted to plug a custom php date format string in, wasnt sure if vbulletin allowed for that per user.

In essence I just wanted to change the times to 24hour clock rather than 12 hour clock.
