***format computer???***

i got 3 drives paritioned from a 40gb drive, im wondering how i can format all of these drives, then install my xp on one of them

when i install xp it boots up then goes to a screen to only format 1 drive, and install on it

how do i format all the drives, and how long will it take?

(or could i maybe delete every fodler and file manually on the drives beside where xp is installed?? or will this just not do it rightly??)

You can just let XP format the one partition and install. Then go to Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management and format the other partitions from there.

Well

U have to format the drives indivually or u can FDISK and make the HDD as one then format and remake those partitions.

or u can do this while in Windows, make shure the drive your formating has no OS on it.
