I've recently reinstalled windows with everything up. Its been working fine for the pass 3 weeks or so but recently i've encountered this problem

Whereby everyfresh reboot i have to "technically" restart windows twice

It somehow leave a clue behind on my registry
HKLM:Run KernalFaultCheck %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k

I've did some research here and there and discover its like an error report but anyways is there a way to find out whats the problem here? I sense something bad coming my way :(

Help is greatly appriciated
Thanks In Advance

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
