For SB Audigy2 Platinum user

what is ur Audio Device selection box say? ( on top middle of EAX console" )
my is say "SB Audigy [E800]

but i look at the help file it said SB Audigy 2 [1040]

I got SB "Audigy [D000]". Not sure what help file you mean, though.

man i wonder why it said the different thing

The audigy has an I/O range depending on where Windows thinks it is, like what slot in your motherboard it's in or what devices it shares an IRQ with. My I/O range (in the device manager) says "D000-D03f". Yours might say "E800-E8DF".
