Fonts in Italic...

evrything's fine before I went to sleep last night, this morning when I woke up, programs and browsers are now displayed in italics...any idea? any help would be appreciated, thanks, btw im on vista

I noticed that some Arial fonts were missing (e.g. arial, arialitalic, arial bold, etc. etc.), just copied from another machine and placed it back to the fonts folder and everything went back to normal.....
