folder tool bar editing

Hi,
Does anyone kow how to edit the bar at the top of a window in Vista.
I know in XP you just right clicked and customised it but how can i do this in Vista, i would like to add a " Delete button"

I actually don't think you can. There don't seem to be any third-party applications or patchers neither... I guess the fastest ways to delete a file are still using the Delete button, context menu or the Organize menu in the WinExplorer top bar
