Folder settings not saving

First time I've had this problem with Windows XP Pro.

If I set some folders to display the files in Details (List) view and reboot my PC those folders view will default back to Icon view and instead of that folder opening up full screen it openes up in a small window so the folder settings and window settings aren't being saved anymore.

This seems to happen with stuff on my C drive which is where Windows is installed. I also have a D and E drive.

Any help to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
