Folder Custimization in WinXP

Hi, back in windows ME it was pretty easy to change the background etc of the folder ...
When i go to custamize folder in WinXp PRO, all i see is the abilty to change the icon of the folder

Is there anyway to change the background of the folder?

I was checking for that option to, i dont think it's available in Xp.

Isn't it available. Check screenshot. Or is that the options for the picture to be set to the folder?

There's the link. In order to see the temp and fan speeds, you have to install motherboard monitor. It doesn;t have to run, just be installed. It tells you all about it on the website.
