Folder Background?

Windows Me/2000 allowed me to customize my folders so that I could display a wallpaper as a folder background. How can I do this with XP? When I right click on a folder and say "Customize a folder" in XP, the damned thing only allows me to select from a list of templates or dispay a picture as a thumbnail on the folder icon. I want to display a picture as folder background. There is a thing in "Customize this folder" that says "Choose Picture", but again this only displays whatever picture i choose as a thumbnail over the folder icon. I want the picture to be displayed like a wallpaper in the desktop background when I open the folder (Thats how ME/2k customization worked)Can someone help??

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
