I want to make a Flash web page, is there any good tutorials out there?

also, if you want to do anything that will be really impressive (ie scripting) check out http://www.actionscript.org for lots of tutorials for all skill levels, BUT my best suggestion is to go out to your nearest big library, and check out a few books on graphic and script work - pick something complex to make, and teach yourself as you go, you will be surprised at how easily things will come, Flash is a great program like that 🙂
