Flash templates

Im to busy to make my own so im woundering if you guys know of any places that sell flash web templates.

I know theres tons out there if I do a search but there mainly lame and basic.

Im looking for a 4-5 page nice and easy layout on the eyes (colors) for around 20-40 bucks.
