Flash Radeon?

I have a Radeon 8500LE OEM....I was told that you can increase the preformence by flashing it to make it a retail version....If this is true can you tell me how to do it??? I am really baffeld here!!!

as far as I know the only difference between a OEM and a retail version is packaging and manuals.

alright here is the deal they clock down the retail version of the radeons and the ones that ati sells has a higher clock speed than the ones you can by from retail. i think they clock them down like 20 mgz on both the ram and the processor
