Flash MX & Windows XP Styles [problem?]

I'm taking Flash MX course in college and was wondering if there was actually a problem with Windows XP Silver Style and Flash MX my Professor says it has problems and to use Classic the new XP GUI is not bug free with XP atleast thats what he says just wondering if this is in fact true...
