Flash 6 Problem

i installed flash 6 and it worked fine. but then i do a restart and go back to internet and i go to a site with flash it asks me to install flash. Why is that happening?

I am having the same problem on my box. It looks like it started after I installed the latest patch from the windows update site.

I have looked and looked for a solution, but can find nothing.

You might want to try this knowledge base article on something similiar and see if that fixes it.
