Firewre PCI Card

I am trying to install a Dazzle DV Editor SE PCI Firewire card, no matter what I try I recieve the yellow exclamation mark suggesting a conflict, no matter what I try I cannot get it to work.
I have tried all of the PCI slots, adjusting the IRQ settings and contacted the dazzle support team who tell me that no additional drivers are necesary or available.

I have only adjusted the IRQ settings at BIOS level giving various numbers but after no success I have returned it to default setting of Auto
