Firewall Problem

I am on a lan with three computers, 2 are windows xp and one is ME.

We are running the windows firewall, and i was wondering if there is anyway to turn off the firewall just for one of the computers ?

Yes, I believe so.

By the way.. why use a firewall from M$, when you can use something else like ZoneAlarm or BlackIce?
