Firefox Folder Icons

I have a very customized toolbar in Firefox. How it looks is attached.

Now at the beginning I have 2 folders showing, one is all my bookmarks, and one is all Google related bookmarks. I would like to change these icons to look different then default folder icon.

I searched google and found http://www.jeayese.com/?p=349 but that looks a bit complicated, and well I could do it but I'd rather have something easier. Has anyone does this before? Is there an extension for this. All items that were useful on Google are talking about editing the chrome, but I don't really want to do that.

That method doesn't look that complicated.

It is not the most difficult thing, but it is complicated. At least to me. If there is nothing else out there I will have to do it. Thanks anyways
