We installed the game and made our character just fine. but when we go to the screen to select characters everything is gray. we click on the character we want to play anyways and when it gets to the game part theres a few blue lines. after that. its just a black screen. what can we do to fix this? we have directx up to date and the newest drivers for everything and its still doing this. please help
