File or program for Quake3

does anyone know if there is a program that doesn't actually let you get hurt while you rocket jump and do trick jumping on quake3 because it gets really annoying some times and i dont like it

I suppose you could use God mode on single player. Other than that, no.

As far as I know if you rocket jump in Rocket Area 3 you don't get hurt.

IMO RA3 is better than Q3 for online fun so give it a go!
