Favorites Question ...

A minor quibble, but in the Favorites drop down menu in IE6, some sites have icons next to the link to the site. Eventually, these disappear, and I haven't been able to figure out how to get them back.

Does anyone know why they disappear and/or how to get them back?

They are sent to your cache from the website , its called favicon.ico

if you clear your temp files or cache the .ico file gets deleted


if you want them back just go to the site , and add it to your favourites again , overwriting your currentnt one and the .ico will appear
