BHO with CLSID {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-D7E4-F660B597BF2A} should be removed its listed as "Searchcentrix Webalize toolbar"

Just a few processes i dont know to, other than that it looks fine.

Cool, thanks. My boss got on my machine one weekend recently. He is a computer/surfer n00b. I came in and had so much "crap" installed I am still trying to get it all cleaned up.
