Extract or "mount" this .. But how ?

Just downloaded "something" but have major problems :
- Alcohol120% does not recognize it ( and sure cannot mount )
- Winrar gives me this error ?
Any other ideas ?

If WinRAR is having that problem, usually it means the .rar file is corrupt. Can you try re-downloading it?

Actually, If it has a recovery record in it, you can recover it. If it don't then you will have to redownload it ..
