Explorer Window

In the Explorer window, when i open it , it opens in a speacial way, like some folders are automaticly open.

I was wondering if there is a way where i can choose what is open when i open up EXPLORER ! ??

thanks but, you know how you can right click on the start menu and go explorer, how do you make that one do that ?
