Explorer freezes...?

Hi there

My eplorer freezes sometimes for 30 sec or more on winXP.
I think other programs have nothing to do with that. While explorer don't react other programs work well. I have Athlon 1400 PC so I hope it isn't a hardware problem.

are you talking bout IE(internet explorer) or explorer as in windows itself???

Taskbar and IE just stop for some time.
