explorer crashes

When i shut down Windows, Explorer crashes and i have to end task it every time i shut down, Any Ideas How to fix this Please😡

Are you running M$ Office XP? If so, then you should see if you have ctfmon.exe running as process in Windows task manager. If it is, go here:

Follow the directions to remove the Ctfmon.exe file.
