evaluation copy on desktop

Can I remove this thing somehow, just downloaded a really nice background and still have to look at this
WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL
EVAUATION COPY etc.
in the right hand corner😡

TO Remove the Desktop version text

Just right click your desktop, uncheck show desktop icons.

aahhh forget it, I'll just put some duct tape on the corner of my monitor, that should do the trick!!

Download Powertoys for Windows XP and run Tweak UI. In there, you can uncheck "Show Version on Desktop".
