Im trying to uninstall "Dell Resource CD" and "SoundMax Audio Drivers" but when i go to remove the programs i get an error message "Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\InstallShield\engine\6\Intel The specified module could not be found"

is there some kind of a fix for this problem?

I don't have either of the things you're trying to uninstall so I don't know if this will help or not. Try going to the program's directory in 'program files\?' and finding the file 'unwise.exe' or any other file that looks like it could be the uninstaller.

The Dell resource cd doesn't itself give you the option to uninstall parts of itself during it's setup?

You can go to device manager to uninstall the drivers from there.
