error when i boot up XP

I have a P4 1600 MHz, Asus geforce 2 7700pro 64Mb, 2 HD 60 Gig with raid, Soundblaster audigy platinum EX.

When i boot up my computer i get a message that XP dident find my windows system files, somtime i have to reboot my computer 6-12 times before my windows will start as normaly. Whats wrong??

Please help me...

definitely sounds like a problem with the raid not initializing...it can't find your files cause it's not able to read them from the harddrive, not sure about a fix though sorry =/
