Error Message....Please Help

"A problem has been detected and a window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated. If this is the first time you have seen this error screen restart your computer......................"

This always happens even after a restart, any ideas? the OS boots but after a few minutes of operation the computer hangs and displays this message afterwards.....

Is that the only text in the error message? Sounds a little too generic to pinpoint the problem. Any error codes, filenames etc?

Have you installed any new hardware, software, upgraded any drivers recently?

this is a fresh install, yes its a blue screen
