Error 550 relaying email not allowed

Error message

"Error 550 relaying email not allowed"

What have i done to this dial-up connection wrong??

We have shut down the internet server between hollidays, and we made few dial-up connection to our users, so they can work !!!

But as we have done this the "550 Error" has come!!!

The SMTP is fine, the POP is fine, but i dont known what else is wrong..
POP: pop.siol.net
SMTP: mail.siol.net

Try this>

POP = mail.siol.net
SMPT = smtp.siol.net

YES thats what was wrong...

I tested and put instead mail.siol.net SMTP.siol.net and it works
