Err, expired on 30th December??

Hi,

Happy New Year and all...

I've got the RC1 'freeloaders' version of Vista, which decided to fall over on me today - It appears that something expired on the 30th of December that prevents me watching live/recorded TV! Its a bit of an arse really.

Anyone got any pearls of wisdom? I thought RC1 was good until mid-2007, did I miss a big caveat?

If I remember rightly RC1 was only Valid until the 1st of Jan 2007, unfortunatly there is nothing I can help you with here.

Actually, Vista RC1 expires on June 1, 2007.

I would assume you have an invalid product key or you never activated.

I took it right from Microsoft.
