endless boot after install 2000

i was in the process of installing windows 2000 on a frends pc and after the format it restared as usual but it just goes to the device list screen and irq's list screen and then restarts agian.

does anyone know why this is happening, the computer is told to juet boot from c so i dont know waht might be wrong, can someone help????

might have a problem with your install best to try agin maby del the partition and do a format agin

seen it happen to people b4 :/ could be worse could be the freezes on restart thats alwase fun to figuar out
