Ok....I'm fairly new, but learning fast. Using MSN.CA as my homepage....There isan address bar at the top. Whenever I click on this to type in a new URL, all the previous ones appear in a drop down menu. This page/program doesn't have a tools menu...I can't find the files for it in REGEDIT.....I want to clear these, and stop them from recurring. Anyone have a clue???
Thanks in advance!!!

goto internet options
click the content tab
then click the AutoComplete button near the bottom
uncheck Web addresses
choose ok and that should stop it

have you checked you have autocomplete unselected in your explorer options

Thanks for the speedy replies! 8<)
Yes...I've done that, and it worked in my IE....but it didn't affect the drop downs on my MSN>CA page. 8<(

the same basic concept should apply to msn.. check the options for any autocomplete entries, and deselect them.

MSN Explorer doesn't offer that function. I'm stumped!

Maybe because it is a web based browser....just like Hotmail is web based. It only allows you certain functions. Does that make any sense?

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
