Editing Boot.ini

Hi, I need some help, I have XP in the first disk, and ME in the first partittion of the second disk, but I do no t have the boot.ini edited so that I can choose which OS to start with, I would like to know, what are the lines that I have to write in order to have the options to boot with either one or the other.

Start>Run>Msconfig. You should be able to see what you have to do.
