Dual operating systems

Help please,
My PC has two HD'S. One designated "C" has WINDOWSXP on it, and the other one designated "J" is partitioned and formeted FAT32. How can I install WIN98 on "J"?

Use a boot disk or 98CD and choose to install to 'other directory' [d:]

Boot discs are availible here
