Dual Monitor

I am using a dual monitor setup(2 gfx cards, using winxp built it dual mon support) and it works great...but how can I get the start bar to span across both monitors?

i have this setup also. i have no idea how do do it. what i have done is put the taskbar vertical in the center. or you can get a program that make another bar with links.
