Dual boot screen

I installed XP Pro after formatting, re-partitionning my drive. I was having Win 98 on the C: drive before installing XP.

On startup I have now 2 choices:

Windows XP Professionnel
Previous system install

How come do I have a choice having only one Operationg System installed on my PC.

Is there a way to have my actual XP booting up on startup, the previous system is not there anymore, the entire HD has been re-partitionned and formated.

Thanks for your help....

I found an answer to my own problem.

Press Alt
Double-Click on My Computer
Click on Advanced
Start Up and Recovery: Click on Settings
Under System Startup/ Default Operating System I did select my Win XP as the OS booting up at Startup
I also unchecked both Options in System Startup
Click OK and it seems to work just fine

I posted the answer to my own problem thinking that it could be useful in the future

Note: No :D I did not find the answer myself.........
