Drop Down Menu Coder

I am looking for someone to help me code a drop down menu for a site. It is a html & css website.

I have the site finished and all, everything how I want it I just want to add in drop menus to the menu. If you are able to work with already made files and do what I am asking please reply.

I will then send you the needed files.
