Driving Wheels?

Ok, I have a sudden erg to purchase a (the best possible) driving wheel.

Does anyone know about them? I have checked the reviews on /www.tomshardware.com but they are all American drive.

Making it simpler, i am after:-

3 Foot 'robust' foot pedals, clutch, break, accel.
Proper British sided gear stick (i.e. on the right)
And a plain colour - nothing bright Red!!!

Luxury's would be force feedback etc..... any idea.

Lastly (should be in the games section) what are the best street driving PC games so far GTA3 seems to get a good review...
