Driver for Intel 440BX chipset.HELP!

I have a problem.Every time I install Win XP I receive in device menager somekind of PCI bus controler (or something like that).It causes problems but I can't find driver for it.Somebody told me that it's maybe driver for Intel 440BX chipset, because I have ABIT BH6 motherboard.I found on this site Intel chipset driver so I am asking you will this help.Please answer me soon!!!

the driver for that should be on the cd-rom that was supplied with your motherboard

Yes it's true, but it seems that it's not working well.That's why I want to install new chipset driver that I found on xp-erience.org site.I just waanna know will that help me???
