Where the hell can u get a window that opens up "_blank" with specific pixel sizes eg 800x600, and so that theres no scroll bars etc, iv even found it in the help i think, but carnt find the right panel arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Shift+F4 to open up the 'Behaviours' panel, click the + sign and select 'Open Browser Window'. Enter your details in here. Once applied to a thumbnail for example, change the behaviour to 'on click' as it defaults to 'on load', unless this is what you want.

you dont want to do that its annoying as hell. I use admuncher to strip those properties from all popups by default.
