Dos Games Help

Okay, This is a quick question. I love my old Abandonware games. Games like The Legend of Kyrandia, Starcontrol 2, One Must Fall 2079, ect.. anywho. They run really horrible in windows due to windows installed there own memory manager and disabled XMS. How do I fix this?

im having the same probs with a lot of my old games too, theres not much you can do at the moment.. id just get an old 486 or p100 and put 98 on there to enjoy your old games.
