There is a difference between Moderation and helpin gout, you just have to remember that some people may not have as much of an understanding of the application/OS.

Kylie, no worries. If the guy reads this while actually looking at the damn program instead of asking what you mean before even looking, then he'll get it just fine. If in doubt, just go through it yourself and actually say "In ps6, go to file menu -> options -> blah blah -> click here -> type this" and if he keeps asking questions about the same thing, either ignore them, or tell him to do what you've said so far before asking more questions. (Maybe do it a bit more politely than I outlined, but not too much more polite
