Does your ISP throttle your torrent downloads?

Although their techs always refuse that they do that, the bit torrent traffic is shaped from my ISP. I don't bother using bittorrent because of them.

I did an experiment and also some research. I found that if you use non normal ports your downloads will slow. But if you use normal ports, like 21; 80; 443 and such - you will see a difference in the speed.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
