Came across this interest and amusing article on property research this afternoon. Apparently if you live in an address with the word 'Lane' your property is said to fetch £1000's of more than those who live in an address with the word 'Road'.

I can remember reading about this years back.

I live on a "Drive" :lick:

The cheapest houses are found in Drives. They sell for an average of £166,683

Properties in Gardens also command a premium, selling for an average of £211,389, while those in a Road sell for around £196,000.
