Gave out all I can in this 24 hr period. I can't understand why the level of post's, reputation points already received can influence what one gives out.

I think we should be able to rate a users contribution on a scale of 1-5 or so, 1 as maybe deserved upto 5, don't take it literally, made the earth move.

1 o.k., 2 good point, 3 brill, 4,excellent 5, if a user sorts out your problem.

I have a 'You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later'. So now I have to write down the 10 names and wait 24 hrs.
