Do all MB support 2GB sticks?

1GB DRAM is not the same as a 1GB stick. You can make sticks double sided so you get 2GB sticks using 1GB DRAM chips.

That may explain the discrepancy. But considering the arrogant website and number of disclaimers I would not trust anything it says. It makes Creative look supportive of it's customers...

So we are to assume it would have no issue with a what i may need...a 2gb stick?

If it accepts 8gig max, then 2gig sticks are okay to use.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
