DNS tweak that was on the front page.

can anyone link me to the internet tweak that was on the main page a few days ago some kind of registry dns tweak so your net stops cheking for ip's that are already stored on your computer.

it's a free program, and one of my all time favorites.

it not only stores all of these addresses, you can also schedule the proggy to update it's host file.

this program will improve just about everybodys serfing.
