IM trying to enable DMA on my dvd rom. im not able to find the option. i know it should be in the advance tap, but on my computer there is no advance option. Any ideas ?

Control panel, admin tools, disk management.

Make sure you have admin privileges for the account you are using.

Im there but it doesnt give me the option to enable it.

Make sure your dvd drive is actually capable

make sure DMA is enabled in BIOS

make sure you're using an 80 pin cable
