Display properties icons

Does anyone know in Windows XP pro what dll cpl allows you to change the monitor bmp/icon in the display properties? I tried desk.cpl and that doesn't have it.

Unless I'm missing something SYSDM.cpl only allows you to change the monitor icon that shows up under the system properties. I want to change the monitor WITHIN the display properties where the settings, appearance, and desktop shows up.. I'm starting to think that the icon is imbedded somewhere.
